When you are ready for a fabulous change, please contact us to set up your free consultation to discuss your project. Our service is personal because your project is personal.

During the consult, 5 things will be discussed.

1. Function, use of space, and storage needs.

2. Budget. It stinks but you need to have one.

3. Style and color.

4. Timelines.

5. Expectations of both the client and designer..

After the consultation…

We will create a design, and draft perspectives, elevations, and a floor plan. With
these renderings, along with computer generated drawings, you will be able to fully visualize your new space.
We will set up a meeting for us to discuss the design and pricing and complete any
modifications you would like to make.

An estimate given at the end of the meeting will be effective for 30 days.
A deposit will also be accepted at this time to perform further design work. All
deposits are applied to final payment.

Final selections are made and orders are placed after the initial 50% deposit of
the job total are paid and a contract is signed. Terms are 50% initial payment, 40% payment on delivery of cabinetry, if being installed by LSDI and 10% upon substantial completion of the job (a replacement door does not constitute an incomplete job). If not installed by LSDI, the terms are 50% down, 50% on delivery.
